If you've asked yourself:
"How can I improve diversity at my company?"
"How can I learn more about diversity?"
"What diversity programs can I bring to my school?"
...Then In Full Color has a program for your community!
When you’ve never heard other people’s stories or voices – or even your own – connections can be hard to find. At In Full Color, we believe art creates empathy, and empathy creates change. This is why we help women and TGNC folx of color share their stories in their voices. It's a storytelling revolution we call Authentic Representation.
Our performances, classes and workshops connect learners of all genders and colors with people who are not like them. We also provide real, honest representation for those who feel unseen and unheard. We educate, entertain, and engage. Our work gives a divided world means of connection.

WHAT WE DO
WHAT WE DO
01
CREATE
EMPATHY
We introduce audiences to the thoughts, feelings and experiences of people from other backgrounds. We also teach audiences to recognize the commonalities and differences we share, and how to embrace both.
WHAT WE DO
02
CONNECT PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT BACKGROUNDS
By showing a fuller picture of POC (people of color) as humans with desires, needs, thoughts, feelings and unique challenges, we hope to show that people of all colors are people – people who deserve love, respect, peace and freedom.
WHAT WE DO
03
FIGHT FOR
WOMEN'S RIGHTS
And not just the ones you're used to hearing about. We aim to tell a wide range of women’s stories that show the diverse topics that are important to women: family, body image, relationships, friendships, jobs, education, sexual liberation, political rights and more.
WHAT WE DO
04
BUILD OUR AUDIENCE'S skills
Our performances, classes and workshops help audiences at all levels build their skills in the following areas: social-emotional learning, DEI awareness, art appreciation, writing, acting, listening, reading, speaking, viewing, questioning, critical thinking and advocacy.
WHAT WE DO
05
PUT ON A
GOOD SHOW
Last but not least, we love to entertain! Every story in our Collection is hand-picked from dozens of monologues and poems submitted by women all over the world for our annual show. Our ladies are guaranteed to leave you shook and wanting more.
HOW WE DO IT
Classes & Workshops
Our workshops are easily integrated into curricula on and offline. We use experiential learning and art to engage. Topics include writing, acting, and creative activism. We also have a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion workshop!
Performances + Talkbacks
Our most popular package! Three actors perform for your community then hold a post-show talkback, when audiences can ask questions and share their own stories. Our discussions are always warm, engaging and fun!
Talks + Appearances
Some of the women who make the magic happen visit your venue to discuss the joys and challenges of running an arts organization -- as a minority woman. Requests for special topics or artist backgrounds available.

Innovation
